“Not Available” beside Last Registration/Report Date has a specific meaning in a White County record. TBI says it has not received that information as directed by the registration law. Tenn. Code Ann. §40-39-207 makes the ten-year point a chance for a qualifying sexual offender to petition after the whole sentence ends, including probation, parole, or community supervision.
